Circuits
I went to an Undergraduate program that did not have many resources or classes involving New Media/Technology. So when my art practice started to transition towards those topics, a lot of DIY lessons were involved. One of the things I learned was how to use an arduino and different sensors to create interactive installations and sculptures.
So when I started going through this weeks content I got excited because so much of it was what I worked on learning alone. But now I have this course to show me an efficient work flow, proper terminology, and more ways to apply the technology to my practice.
Question: For the electronics review question I limited myself to the notes I took for Week 1. Although I did answer the question I am not quite sure I understand how the formula to calculate the value for the resistor in a circuit works.
A goal moving forward is to start taking the lab assignments further by making small art projects with the skills learned.
